"May 25, 2005 - Pittsburgh Inspector re: Louisville Ky September 16, 2005 regarding Carrie Fox." It is the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the Louisville Metro Police that are sabotaging my website.

On the page entitled, "Mail Illegal Intercept" the following Word documents have been sabotaged and are unable to be opened, "April 2, 2007 Cincinnati Field Office-Payroll-Louisville KY January 4, 2007 - Complaint RE: Post Ofc. regarding A. Gibson Sept. 16, 2005 Let from Carrie Fox May 25, 2005 - Pittsburgh Postal Ofc. Inspector. When I entered these word documents on my website they opened without any problem. However, today when I tried to open these pages I received the following message: "Word experienced an error trying to open the file. Try these suggestions; Check the file permission for the document or drive make sure there is sufficient free memory and disk space. Open the file with the text recovery converter." Persons that have sabotaged my webpage are the officials in the Commonwealth of Kentucky on all levels.

I was then blocked out of my website account and I saw something flash at the bottom of my screen that stated, liveperson.net or .com not sure. I did report this to my website provider.

My email accounts are being manipulated and I have been trying to send the email for over two (2) hours. I also saw a pop up box on my computer that said, "Louisville Metro Police Dept." and I am being assaulted by (DEW) Directed Energy Weapons through my computer (see my website for Patent numbers, etc.).

I was working on putting some of the complaints that I have filed with the IC3 Office into a folder. I had approximately eight (8) files and the folder stolen from my computer. I did see the words "Louisville Metro Police and The Commonwealth of Kentucky" pop up on my computer screen when the files were stolen, therefore I know that they stole the files. They have also made my files transport from a flash drive to one of their numbers, in which I have evidence in a complaint that I filed with the Kentucky Board of Claims, in which I did not receive any assistance. In that I am targeted by the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the Louisville Metro Police Dept., in their efforts to cover up corruption, I do fear for my life. They have intercepted my emails, website, etc. on a regular basis and caused problems with my computer.

I was working on my website at approximately 7:00 p.m. on April 10, 2011 and was not able to update my website. There was an "eye" with a red circle on top of it with a line drawn sideways in the circle (this circle with the line symbol stands for "No"). This was at the bottom of my website. I then received a security warning box on my computer. My website provider stated that they did not know what this "eye" with the symbol stamped on top of it was and they they did not put this on my website.

I turned on my other computer and heard a bumping noise in my hard drive. I went on the internet and saw a message that stated, "Other people are logged into this computer." My mouse begin to move as if someone else was controlling it (remotely). Files are stolen and copied from this computer every time I type on it, and all of my file names in my File Directory have been listed in the color blue by these hackers, however when I type in a new file it is in black (I assume that they copy the new files in black and then turn them blue to know which files in my computer are new). I have experienced this problem for over two years and once while copying a file on my flash to copy to my other computer, when I plugged the flash in, a telephone number appeared on my screen and a message that stated my files were being transferred to them. When I looked up the telephone number it was the "Kentucky Board of Claims." I contacted them and told them that my files were being illegally transferred to them and ask to speak with the person in charge of that office.

For several weeks I have been receiving email from people with "Victims of Government Electronic Surveillance, Harassment, and Torture." I do not know if the emails are actually coming from them or if they even know that these emails are coming to me. The problem is the emails seem to be a conversation between the people on the website, as they do not say very much, but appear to be people engaged in conversation. I am receiving approximately forty (40) emails per day, sometimes a few minutes apart all hours of the day. Some of the people sending the emails are Carla Evonne, Matthew Waldon, Magnus Olsson, William Deloch, Morissa Davidoff, Dale McGill, Carmen Lupan, Karen Massari, etc. If these emails were actually providing info. that would be fine, however they appear to be engaged in conversation online. Again, they may not even know that all of these emails are coming to me, and someone may have hacked into their website or my email to cause this problem. It is very annoying to look in your email and see approximately 30 - 40 of these emails per day.

After sending a complaint to you on August 23, 2010, I noticed that info. I put in my browser on August 24, 2010 is now blue instead of black. I have experienced hacking of an additional computer that I do not take online, however it was illegally intercepted and all of my files are copied. They have changed the color of files in this computer to blue. I also was attacked via satellite this morning (heart and neurological) at 8:42 a.m. I do know/not suspect that it is the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Please see my website www.justiceforallcitizens.com. I am presently unable to reach websites particularly when applying for employment and I am getting bogus web pages. I currently receive unemployment due to the fact that they destroyed my businesses (Party Grams and Justice for all Citizens. I do not have a criminal history and I have never committed any crimes. I just refiled Complaint Id I0702200933459512. It was originally filed on approximately February 20, 2007, however I did not receive the confirmation email with the complaint ID and Password. When I requested this info. you emailed three (3) complaint ID numbers, therefore I am assuming that the above mentioned complaint was intercepted, possibly by corrupt officials in my state, as this has been going on for several years. My most recent complaint is as follows: On August 16, 2010, I visited my website and noticed that the section under: I. The Local Television Stations, had been sabotaged. All of the text regarding this issue (approximately 2 1/2 pages) was missing from my website. I also noticed other text was being changed and taken off of my web page. I contacted my web page provider and they corrected some of it, but stated that they could not correct all of it. As the conspiracy involving corruption in my town has been going on for several years, I do suspect corrupt officials in my town on the state and federal level. This is my 4th Complaint this year to your office requesting assistance. June 2010 I received an email that stated the sender was Paypal and gave me a Case No. PP-539-501-5802. The message stated, "Your Paypal account has been accessed by a third party, please click on this link and provide the following info." The link asked for my complete name, social, credit card number and also asked for the numbers on the back of the credit card. I telephoned Paypal and they stated that they did not send me that email. Sincerely Connie Marshall P.S. - this has been going on for approximately seven (7) years. Today July 18, 2010 I have not been able to access websites on the internet and my personal website is being sabotaged. Again, my local authorities are involved and I fear for my life. On May 9, 2010 I received two (2) Death Threats, one by telephone and one in a pop up box on my computer. I am a candidate for Mayor in Louisville, Ky. The message stated, "Ms. Marshall you are going to end up dead." I also received three pop up boxes that stated, "You need to stop talking." I know that it is the officials in my state on every level, particularly the Louisville Metro Police Dept. I do fear for my life.

For the past three years I have had my computers, telephones (office, home and cell) and fax machines, and bank account intercepted. I contacted the Office of the Inspector General in Chicago and spoke with Ed Diner. I forwarded a complaint to him and he forwarded it to FBI Internal Affairs and I have a case number. I know that fraud has been committed by my local F.B.I. and U.S. Attorney's Office in Louisville, Ky. I know it is being done to cover up a hate crime. I have police reports, medical bills, a cd from a forensic analyst, a transcript from a court reporter and other items, which include AT&T telling me that one of my phone lines in my office is not their line or my line and they don't know whose line it is, though my bill comes form AT&T and I ordered my telephones through AT&T. Most recently I decided to use People PC because I had not been on line for four months. When I put in my home telephone number, I got a message that Sandra Griewe was using this number and area code. I had to use my cell phone for my People PC Account. I also had previous problems with Bellsouth.net, AOL and Insight. I am requesting your assistance. I do not have a criminal background, do not call overseas and I am not a crazy person. Note: There is an additional complaint that was filed regarding my friends in Baltimore MD and Louisville, Ky receiving emails that I am in a foreign country and the other stating I am in Lexington, Ky and I lost my purse and need money. To date, September 8, 2010 I have not been contacted by IC3 or any law enforcement agencies regarding the IC3 complaints filed.
