I was given the telephone number for the Electromagnetic Field and Information Line by a female employee of Louisville Gas and Electric Company.
March 9, 2010 - Time 6:11 p.m.
Two LG&E trucks (cherry picker trucks) came out to check service outside. They took off and/or checked the meter on the side of the house and said everything was fine, and that I had all new lines outside my house. I asked them about the Electromagnetic Field and Information Line and they said that they never heard of it. I gave them the telephone number (502) 627-3631 and they both stated that it sounded like one of their numbers, but they never heard of that office. They were very nice, one was white and one was black.

F - I mean that may have been a number ...or did they say anything about a electrician or something maybe checking inside.
C - Mam if you call this number, right now, yourself, it says Electromagnetic Field and Information Line.
F - Ok, because when we came out on the 9th, which would have been on Tuesday, on the last order we completed, it's just showing that we didn't find any problems.
C - No, I'm not talking about that, there were 2 trucks that came out here, two LG&E trucks, yes they came out, but I'm talking about the Electromagnetic field and Information line. They gave me a number for them 627-3631, when I called that number I got a recording. It said, "Electromagnetic Field and Information Line, uh, we're not available leave a message." I left a message several times, nobody called back. So is this phone number for LG&E? What is this number?

Received a call from Mike Leake / Electromagnetic Field and Info. Line
He asked if I had been trying to contact him and I stated, "yes" and explained some of the problems that I have been having for years. I told him that their was a low humming noise and a very high frequency noise and explained how they were affecting my health and well being. Mike Leake confirmed that an electromagnetic signal would be a low frequency sound. I told him that that was what I was hearing in my home. He stated he could come out to do a reading and I asked him to call me back to make an appointment to come out. I did not hear back from Mike Leake.

Sometime in March 2010*
Two LG&E Truck appeared in front of my house with one white man in one of them and a white female and a white man in the other one (both trucks were cherry pickers)

The female and male riding together got out of their truck and she was still trying to button or zip her uniform up as they were walking toward my home. The male (Mike Massey) came up to the door and the female stood off to the side. Mike Massey stated that he wanted to come in my house and I told him, "No." I further stated, "It is my understanding that you all only work outside, so I am not allowing you in my home." The male stated that they did work outside, but sometime they come in. I told him that two other LG&E employees had already been here and that I am now waiting for Mike Leake to come from the Electromagnetic Dept. When he realized he was not getting in my home, he left.
I contacted LG&E to find out who these representatives were and they only new the name of one of them (I have misplaced his name, but will locate). I called LG&E several times after that and they did not know who the female was or the other driver. I suggested that they have a supervisor contact me and noone ever did.

May 18, 2010 - approximately 2:30 p.m
I received a call from Mike Leake / Electromagnetic Field and Info. Line
Mike Leake stated that he was contacted by me, but he stated that he did not say that he was coming out. I told him that I taped the call of him stating that he was coming out. He then stated that he would be sending John Seay. I asked him where John Seay's office was located and he stated Auburndale/Service Center on Enterprise Drive. I then asked him for John Seay's telephone number and he gave me (502) 333-1802. I asked him what type of instruments they would be using and he stated an EMS Meter. It is a Milligauss Meter, made by Testatronics.

I called John Seay, tele. number 333-1802 and we scheduled an appointment for May 24, 2010 at 10:30 a.m.

I called and left a message on John Seay's voice mail at tele. no. 333-1802, asking to reschedule, the reason I wanted to reschedule is because I wanted to have a witness present when they came.
May 24, 2010 (around 10:20 a.m.)
I came out of my house and saw an LG&E truck (cherry picker - truck with lifts that can lift a person up to a power line - on the corner of 23rd/Vorster sitting on the corner a block away). As I backed out of my driveway they started driving toward my house. I left because it was my understanding that John Seay would be coming to my house and I was not expecting a cherry picker truck. I drove to Taylor Blvd (5 minutes away) and I called John Seay again on my cell phone. The person that answered stated that they were at my house. I went back home and saw the Cherry Picker Truck still there.
Since I was alone, I called an associate, Cassandra, and asked her to stay on the telephone while LG&E (Louisville Gas and Electric Company) was doing the Electromagnetic test. I was expecting John Seay, but found out that the LG&E Representatives were Mike Massey and John Ramsey. I remembered Mike Massey from a previous visit when he arrived unexpectedly and I asked Mike Massey who the lady was in the truck with him that was fastening up her uniform as she got out the last time that he was at my house (see asterisk * on this page, regarding somtime in March 2010), and he said that she was in training, I would like to add that when I called LG&E when Mike Massey visited the first time they did not know who the lady was or who the man was that was driving the other truck, they were supposed to check on it and have a Supervisor call me back, but they never did). The Cherry Picker truck that Mike Massey was in today was License No. 222353.
They came in the Living Room and used the EMF Tester - Model #238A-1; AC Field Meter made by Monroe Electronics and John held it up to the ceiling and it went from 0 - 25 (the highest level on the meter). Mike stated that they did not use that particular meter in the house, it is used outside and stated that it probably malfunctioned. John stated that he was new at doing this. They used the Triaxial ELF Milligauss Meter - Model #70 - Tesla Electronics for all other readings (with meter held at John's waist level) and some of the readings were:
Living Room - 1.0
Breaker Panel in Basement - 10.8
Outside at Electric Meter - 5.4
Next to AC in Bedroom - 7.2
In Kitchen - .9
All other reading were .2, .4, .3
I asked about the new barrels that were put up by Team Fischel, an Electric Company from Indiana that stated to me that they were contracted to change the barrels by LG&E. However, they just popped up at my home and starting switching things out on my house and I did not know they were coming to do anything. I also found out from previous LG&E workers that I have "new" lines connected to my home. Mike Massey showed me the new barrels connected to my home, new barrels on the pole on my property and there is a third set of common new barrels that the neighbors and I share. There is also a transformer across the street from me.
I was given a copy of the form regarding the reading and they left.

Additional Information:
For the record, I did some research before LG&E came through the TI (Targeted Individual) groups, and I learned that if LG&E did not come close to the time that I heard the humming noise in my house the EMF (electromagnetic frequencies) could have dropped, which means they would not detect anything abnormal and/or harmful. As you can see, I contacted them in February and March, however they did not come to do the reading until May 24, 2010.
There is a news article regarding the D'Souza family in Sacramento, California surrounding their home in sheet metal and covering their beds and the inside of the house in a foil type material. The family stated that they were using these items as a shield against microwave radiation, as they were being attacked by unknown neighbors. The neighbors complained about the covering and Sacramento Code Enformcement ordered the D'Souza family to remove the sheet metal.
