Brief Synopsis
I mailed a book with pictures of 114 pieces of Harassing mail in the name of a prosecutor who was involved in placing a fabricated forged document in a court case which also involved corruption by the Louisville Metro Police. It was mailed to: Criminal Investigations Service Center, Attn: Mail Fraud, 433 Harrison Street - Room 3255 - Chicago Illinois. I mailed the packet by certified mail tracking number 70143490000223387638. Chicago sent a letter which stated they sent my packet to the Inspector in Charge, USPIS Pittsburgh DHQ, 5315 Campbells Run Road, Suite 300, Pittsburgh, PA 15277-9000. When I called Pittsburgh they told me in a conversation on 8/23/18 and 9/7/18 that they forwarded my packet to the Kentucky Office. I called them back today 9/12/18 and they stated they were not going to investigate. The 114 pieces of mail that I logged sent to me are in the name of Elizabeth Fields (a corrupt Prosecutor involved in placing a fabricated forged document in my case in which I was set up by the Louisville Metro Police). The mail was sent to my address and my name is not on any of the mail. Also under Elizabeth Fields name some of the mail is also address to LMPD (Louisville Metro Police Dept.), Jefferson County Attorneys Office, Commonwealth of KY, Jefferson County. I did not receive any of Elizabeth Fields bills, mortgage payments or any important mail. The mail is mainly magazines, tickets and some government mail, which further proves the mail is being manipulated and someone at the United States Post Office is also involved. Elizabeth was involved in the Fabricated/Forged Document placed in my case. She works for the Jefferson County Attorneys Office in the Hall of Justice on 6th & Jefferson Street in Louisville KY, in which Mike O'Connell is the Jefferson County Attorney.

Note: Most Recently (Sept. 24, 2018) a $10 money order that I mailed is missing & was not delivered (If I try to trace it I have to pay out more than it is worth). but right before that a $30 money order I mailed was missing for weeks & finally surfaced.

FYI On Saturday, May 3, 2011 at 3:40 p.m. I was unable to to open some of the word doc.s on this page, however all pages were tested when I first downloaded them to this website and all doc.s are able to be opened within 1 - 3 minutes. If you experience a problem, please contact me, as this would mean the perps are intercepting your download. I did report these problems to Internet Crimes 3 (IC3) and reported them to 911 in my town as I was also being assaulted at the same time this occurred.

Regarding Exhibit M On December 21, 2009 at 12:28 p.m. I received a fraudulent letter in my mailbox in an envelope that was not addressed to anyone and without any postage. The return address on the envelope was U.S. Department of Justice, Washington D.C. 20530 This letter addressed a complaint that I filed and did not offer any assistance. I am positive this letter was a fraud and did not come from Washington. (see the actual envelope, Exhibit M)
ON NUMEROUSOCCASIONS I HAVE RECEIVED OTHER PEOPLES MAIL IN THE SAME ENVELOPE WITH MY MAIL WHICH PROVES THAT MY MAIL IS ILLEGALLY BEING OPENED AND MIXED UP WITH OTHER PEOPLE'S MAIL
The Following is MoreExtremelyPersonal Mail that was Received Unsealed or Unsealed with just a piece of tape in the Center I did not get the Mailman to Sign these Envelopes because I was not always at home when he Delivered the mail, however you will be able to see that the envelope flaps are in perfect condition due to the fact that the mail was NeverSealed. In other words, if I had to open the mail, there would be some type of tears on the envelope, evenwithamailopener.
is regarding a Computer that I purchased from the Flea Market after My Computer and My Granddaughter's Computer were destroyed by the Perpetrators This Computer had Child Pornography on it and I wrote to Washington about it. The tracking number was Not on the Certified Restricted Receipt when I received it and there was No Signature on the receipt. I did not get a response from Washington.
Mail that I sent to Congressman John Yarmuth's Office, in Washington ended up back in my mailbox The envelope was from Congressman John Yarmuth's Office Louisville, KY and it had no postage or routing information on the envelope. The contents of the envelope were falling out, as the envelope was unsealed. I could not find the envelope, but see Exhibit A6, synopisis of the event as I had to ask a local politician to deliver the envelope on my behalf.

Danny Lawless also spreaded rumors regarding my health, (see police reports and my Journal) I wonder if Danny Lawless, Louisville Metro Police Officer is related to Jo Lawless, Assistant United States Attorney, Louisville, Kentucky, and is Barbara Huber, Manager or Supervisor with Insight Communications (My Telephone, Internet and Cable were intercepted for years and then turned off even though my bill was paid because I kept asking for assistance) is related to David Huber(Previous United States Attorney, Louisville, Kentucky) who stepped down and retired, as I did not receive any assistance from this office (see "Officials Denying Assistance," "Officials Direct Quotes," "Is this Nepotism," "Harassing Communications," "My Journal pages regarding "Insight Communications, etc.
