Hi Guys,
I worked in a temporary position for Malone Staffing in Louisville KY. I want you to know that they lied to the Division of Unemployment Insurance to try to prevent me from getting my unemployment. I did get my unemployment, because the unemployment office determined that Malone Staffing lied, but this took me approximately 3 (three) additional months. I am now fighting a court case regarding this company, due to the fact that you cannot commit defamation libel and defamation slander to try to prevent someone from getting unemployment. To do this is also a criminal offense under KRS 351.990 and are listed as Felonies and Misdemeanor offenses. I have found problems with the courts in Ky regarding trying to get resolve and justice regarding Malone Staffing. I have tried filing a case in District Court under Judge Erica Williams and appealing to Circuit Court under Judge Cunningham. I will be posting these cases.
