PLEASE NOTICE
THE TIMING OF THE PROBLEMS WITH MY COMPUTER, THE EMAIL'S STATING THAT I LOST MY PURSE AND NEED MONEY WIRED AND THE DEATH THREATS ARE VERY "SUSPICIOUS," DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY TOOK PLACE RIGHT AFTER I POSTED THE BELOW MENTIONED FOUR (4) NEW PAGES.
I DO SUSPECT CORRUPT OFFICIALS IN KENTUCKY.
May 2nd and May 3rd 2010
After creating the following two "valid" pages on my website (Officials Denying Assistance and Bluegrass Assaults), on May 2 and May 3, 2010, I was viciously assaulted via electromagnetic technology.
May 3rd, 2010
Another victim of Electromagnetic assaults, Cassandra Lewis, Washington DC, stated that on May 3rd she started receiving emails from my email address carlenamarshall@yahoo.com and my name "Connie" was signed inside of the email message. The emails stated that I was in a foreign country, that my purse was stolen and that I needed money wired to me. May 4th a friend in Louisville, Ky (my home town) stated that she received an email stating that I was in Lexington, Ky, that my purse was stolen & I needed money. Please note that this has never happened until I posted the above mentioned pages on my website.

I could not access my email account, carlenamarshall@yahoo.com, and I could not reset my password. I did file a complaint with Internet Crimes on the internet and I contacted the Tele. Reporting Unit (502) 574-4661 in Louisville, Ky (because I have been stalked and harassed by the police) and was given report #80-10-032-720. I was attacked by electromagnetic assault while on the tele. with the Tele Reporting Unit, which caused me to have a small seizure.

I added two new pages to my wesite. They are "Court Cases" and "Kentucky Children for Federal Funds." The reason I added these pages is because I am a Mayoral Candidate in Louisville, Kentucky and the media has talked about the court cases that I have filed - in a negative light - and they have not shown the real reasons that I filed the court cases and the illegal handling of the cases, etc. Also it is common knowledge that Kentucky is illegal taking children for federal funding, and there have been several articles in the newspaper regarding this issue. My grandchildren were also illegally taken by the state of Kentucky and I have been fighting this case for years.

I spoke with the U.S. Court of Appeals in Cincinnati Ohio, regarding Leonard Green, Clerk (whom I have a lawsuit against for illegally signing court orders, refusing to give the name of the judge on my case, etc.) I also told one of the U.S. Court of Appeals Clerks that Leonard Green would be on my website, due to the fact that he had done this more than once.

I was not able to work on my web page. This started the evening of May 7, 2010. I kept receiving messages at the bottom of my web page stating, "Done but with errors on page," When I turned on my computer at approximately 12:30 a.m., May 9, 2010 (Mother's day), I saw a message pop up at the upper right hand side of the screen that said, "Rundll" and other information that I don't remember becaue it flashed so fast. Due to sabotage of my email address, I no longer had carlenamarshall@yahoo.com and was attempting to check my new email account, Marshallconnie59@gmail.com, and it would not take my password. I tried several times and still it would not take my password, finally, I just gave up. At approximately, 2:00 a.m., I tried again to go into my web page at my provider website again and got the same message, "Done but with errors." I also received three (3) pop up boxes that flashed on stating, "Ms. Marshall you need to stop talking." I signed off and calld the telephone reporting unit to file a police report, tele. number (502) 574-4661 (the procedure is to leave a message and they call you back to take a report and giver you a report number).
The Death Threats - May 9, 2010
At approximately 2:15 a.m., I received a call from 000-000-0000 which was a man stating, "You're gonna end up dead." I called and reported it to the telephone reporting unit. At about 6;15 a.m., I tried to sign on to my computer and received a pop up box stating, "Ms. Marshall, You're gonna end up dead." I called the telephone reporting unit and left a message. She called me back at 7:35 a.m. and gave me the report # 80-10-034-109. I was attacked on the telephone by electromagnetic assault while I was speaking with her.

The Telephone Reporting Unit would not take the report regarding the Death Threats and I have been calling them for approximately three (3) days.

Blocked out of both of my new email accounts which are ConnieMarshall@justiceforallcitizens.com and MarshallConnie59@gmail.com. I called the Telephone Reporting Unit and told them that my telephone calls are also being rerouted, when I try to call my webpage provider. I also told them that the Louisville Metro Police Dept. are involved and I asked her to be sure to put that on the report. She gave me report number 80-10-036-080.
