Julie Stethen, Manager at LG&E
acknowledging that I contacted her
regarding the numerous problem of
electrical damage to my property by LG&E.
I met with Julie, but received no assistance.
The problems continue to date and I have had
numerous computers, fax machines, telephones,
washer, dryer, electric igniter switch on my furnace,
microwaves, televisions, cd players, dvd players, etc.
destroyed.  I have also experienced extreme sleep
deprivation, extreme muscle spasms, headaches, etc.
I have also seen sparks jump out of the wall and
appliances overheating from too much electricity coming
through my outlets, and I have even had to call the
fire dept. on two occassions.

I have reported numerous property damage
to numerous appliances to Risk Management
for Louisville Gas and Electric, however
nothing is ever replaced.  This includes numerous
fax machines, computers, priinters, Cd players
DVD players, Tape players, Dust Buster, Washer,
Dryer, Electric Igniter Switch on my Furnace,  TV's
VCR's, Microwave and numersous outher electrical
appliances that were destroyed.

TIM MELTON - LG&E MANAGEMENT
AND
VIRGINIA SMITH - KY PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION

This Email exchange is one of many contacts that
I have made with LG&E regarding damage to my property,
and potential fire caused by excessive heat at my property.
The Smart Meters have also damaged my health.
Also, LG&E Reps are coming to my property without I.D.
and/or refusing to show I.D.
Of course, nothing has been done to remedy the problems.

NOTICE OF INTENT
TO FILE LAWSUIT
FOR
KNOWINGLY CAUSING
DAMAGES TO HEALTH AND PROPERTY
IF SETTLEMENT IS NOT REACHED

This is an Email to Tim Melton,
LG&E Management informing him that
I intend to file a lawsuit if a settlement is
not reached regarding the damage to my
health and property, which he and
Julie Stethen - Management were aware of.
Note: this was sent to Tim Melton due to
the fact that in the above Email he states
that he is my "only" contact at LG&E.

911 & FIRE DEPARTMENT

I have called 911 and the Fire Department
 regarding electric smell and too much energy
 being sent through my electrical outlets even
 enough to "blow open" the microwave door.
however when I call the Fire Dept.
the Louisville Metro Police seem to show up.
I have to call 911 back to send the
Fire Dept., as it is a Fire Dept. issue, and
I previously requested that they did not send
the LMPD, because they are involved in the crimes.

STRUCTURAL DAMAGE TO HOME

Since being assaulted by DEW, I have also noticed
 Structural Damage to my home (cracks in the walls and foundation).
  A lot of the cracks or in my bedroom where I am assaulted the most.
 I have also noticed elevation fluctuations on the grounds of my property.
